- Manages purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory control processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Conducts market research and negotiates with suppliers to secure competitive prices.
- Establishes and maintains internal control policies and procedures.
- Responsible for creating and updating computer data, including inventory items and purchase orders.
- Ensures all departments receive goods and services as required at the best possible price.
- Luxury hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
