Job Title: Head of IM Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IM Solutions to join our team at Kicklox. As a key member of our Engineering & Business Development team, you will be responsible for leading IT projects and ensuring the effective management of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze business needs to identify opportunities for IT investments
  • Assess and recommend IT solutions to meet business needs, considering effectiveness and risk control
  • Ensure data management compliance with applicable legislation
  • Coordinate with other departments to monitor IT performance and security
  • Supervise the design and implementation of information systems and provide ongoing support
  • Lead IT projects through management and approval meetings
  • Assess and adjust departmental budgets based on desired technologies and solutions
  • Manage budgets for information system changes
  • Renegotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Define and monitor data policies and standards
  • Develop and maintain apps developed by our company
  • Supervise Part-IS implementation to comply with regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and organizational management
  • Knowledge of Airbus IM landscape
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationships
  • Evidence of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of ITSM and Project Management
  • Fluency in English and French
