As a Senior Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio consisting of approximately twenty commercial properties, ensuring their financial success and tenant satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and managing lease agreements and invoicing,
- Overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties (offices, warehouses, retail spaces),
- Monitoring and following up on rental arrears,
- Providing monthly activity reports,
- Managing budgets effectively,
- Processing invoices,
- Handling claims and insurance matters,
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
Your profile:
A degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in property management.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Familiarity with laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property management.
