- Management of Large-Scale Incidents: You will be responsible for managing large-scale incidents, including damage to property and other emergencies.
- Follow-up of Litigation Procedures: You will be responsible for following up on litigation procedures, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken.
- Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders, including condominium councils, contractors, and other service providers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of three years of experience in property management or a related field. You will also need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
