Notre client, une grande entreprise française présente dans +100 pays et leader de son domaine, recrute en CDI un(e) Data Analyst Business pour aider les métiers (achats, ventes, finance, juridique, RH...) à mieux comprendre et analyser leurs données afin de prendre des décisions stratégiques.
En tant que Data Analyst Business, vous serez à cheval entre l'Analyse de Données et l'Analyse Business, et aurez les missions suivantes :
- Capacité à recueillir, challenger et prioriser des besoins métiers et à les transformer en solutions data opérationnelles ;
- Définition de la solution technique en lien avec le reste des équipes data (rédaction des user stories, fourniture des règles de gestion métiers, etc.) ;
- Préparation et analyse exploratoire de données ;
- Elaboration et déploiement de dashboards ;
- Interprétation des données afin de les transformer en insights métiers ;
- Identification, grâce aux données, de relais de croissance et d'optimisation.
Le profil recherché :
- Environ 6 ans d'expérience, dont idéalement 3 ans en Analyse de Données et 3 ans en Analyse Business (recueil et challenge de besoins, animation d'ateliers, rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques, etc.).
- Maitrise de SQL et idéalement Snowflake.
- Connaissance de Python (notamment les librairies pandas, NumPy, etc.) en environnement professionnel.
- Connaissances des outils de dataviz.
- Orientation CI/CD et Test Driven Development.
- Gestion de projets et connaissances des méthodologies agiles.
- Esprit d'équipe, et capacité de vulgarisation et de communication.
- Anglais courant obligatoire.
