Your Role: As a Business Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various business stakeholders to leverage data insights and deliver strategic recommendations. You will be an integral part of our Data, Design, and Analytics team, working alongside Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Design professionals.
Your Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough data exploration to define and expand the scope of analysis projects.
- Prepare and cleanse data for analysis, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Create intuitive dashboards and interfaces to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.
- Perform both recurring and ad hoc analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor business value through tracking adoption rates and evaluating key performance indicators.
- Set ambitious goals and organize tasks efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and actively contribute to team success.
- Take ownership of prioritized actions and ensure their implementation.
- Enhance team initiatives through quality contributions and innovative ideas.
- Encourage open communication and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
- A master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
- Approximately 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in the FMCG sector or data consulting.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills and a natural team player.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and autonomy in your work.
- Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
- Solid business acumen with an understanding of the value of data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with DBT is a plus.
- Expertise in Python, particularly with the pandas library and visualization tools.
- Experience with automated data visualization solutions, especially Power BI.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Understanding of data circulation and architecture principles.
