Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk evaluations.
- Assess country-specific risks.
- Manage trade finance operations.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders regarding payment and political risks, including export credit insurers, brokers, and financial institutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of credit risk analysis, export finance, credit insurance, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.
- Process Letters of Credit and their amendments accurately.
- Ensure compliance of documents and standby letters of credit with established requirements.
- Define appropriate credit limits and approve payment terms.
- Validate and update customer master data for accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to country regulations and internal credit policies.
- Monitor and approve order releases.
- Facilitate cash collection processes.
- Manage cash application and reconciliation tasks.
- Oversee resolution of customer disputes, ensuring follow-up with relevant stakeholders until final resolution, and escalate issues impacting cash forecasts.
- Evaluate the risk of bad debt for overdue accounts receivable.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the AR Credit & Collection Manager, including end-of-month comments and cash forecasts.
Salary Range: €40,000-€50,000
Employment Type: Full Time, Hybrid
