Danone is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Global HR Digitalization team as an HR Digitalization Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving user awareness, adoption, and satisfaction of our diverse initiatives, systems, and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Support the coordination of projects and lead transversal engagement & communication initiatives for the team.
- Coordinate the communication & engagement activities calendar to ensure we have optimal reach to our audiences.
- Own the coordination of a network of Digital Activists worldwide, keeping the community informed, updated, and engaged, as well as updating its membership.
- Design and launch user satisfaction surveys and drive insights from the analysis of the data collected.
- Creation of communication assets in diverse channels (videos, posts, e-mails, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Maintain our adoption & engagement channels up to date with relevant content (SharePoint, Workplace, etc.).
- Attend our stand-up meetings, taking an active role to anticipate our communications calendar and keeping the team aware of current initiatives.
- Participate & initiate project meetings & workshops as required.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic student in the fields of HR, business or similar studies.
- Demonstrates a passion for the fields of digital innovation, communications, and human resources.
- Organized, diligent and able to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interested in learning new digital tools and systems and enjoy discovering how to use them to the max.
- Resourceful and like to take initiative, able to demonstrate real ownership of the tasks assigned to you.
- Fluent in English (French or another language is a plus).
