We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Solution Architect to join our team at Infor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative ERP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Ensure that delivered solutions align with the agreed-upon design from the sales cycle and meet the technical requirements of our clients.
- Project Leadership: Provide leadership to the Project Team, actively participating in various project phases to ensure solution adoption and business value delivery.
- Architecture and Design: Create and refine key Architecture Artifacts, ensuring they are well-organized and consistently maintained.
- Business Analysis: Analyze customers' systems, proposing effective solutions to address their business challenges.
- Change Management: Incorporate change acceptance principles into requirements and decisions.
- Architecture Competency Centre: Contribute to the development of best practices and tools within the Architecture Competency Centre.
- Knowledge Transfer and Coaching: Deliver knowledge transfer and coaching sessions for consultants, including new talent recruits.
- PreSales and Sales Collaboration: Work closely with PreSales and Sales teams on significant opportunities within your industry.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Provide industry-specific knowledge during the sales cycle to help plan activities.
- End-to-End Solution Design: Recommend End-to-End solution designs that align with customer objectives and desired outcome.
- Business Use Cases: Identify and develop potential business use cases.
- Proof-of-Concept Projects: Help define the business case for implementing innovative solutions and run proof-of-concept projects.
- Research and Development: Provide valuable insights to our Research and Development team based on industry trends.
- ERP Implementation Knowledge: In-Depth ERP implementation knowledge.
- Industry Experience: Industry Experience in Distribution / Supply Chain / Logistics / Retail to ensure the overall consistency of the solution.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Exceptional Stakeholder Relationship Management Skills.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to Travel (Up to 40%).
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
