Main Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency: Work with HOB to lead operational efficiency by exploring process improvements.
- Team Performance: Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams.
- Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance to team managers to achieve targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office apps, specifically Word and Excel.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English written and spoken.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Math and Analytical Skills: Strong math and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
