This role offers a chance to engage with diverse groups including families, children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, providing essential social assistance and fostering independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute personalized support plans
- Facilitate social inclusion and self-sufficiency through customized activities
- Guide and assist clients in navigating their rights and achieving personal or career aspirations
- Work collaboratively with various partners and mediate as necessary
- Coordinate initiatives and build effective partnerships
- Prepare professional documentation
- Possession of the State Diploma for Social and Family Intervention Technicians (DETISF)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organizational abilities, discretion, keen observation, analytical thinking, and teamwork
- Valid driver's license is essential
- Opportunities for both permanent and temporary contracts
