Responsibilities
- Oversee the enforcement and evaluation of the resort's health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures and new regulations.
- Facilitate proactive communication with business units and resort teams.
- Serve as a key resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements and implement feedback to enhance future protocols.
- Promote awareness of Club Med's initiatives among guests and staff, ensuring participation in the Safe Together program.
- Manage the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local authorities and representatives to ensure awareness of Club Med's health resources.
- Collaborate with Club Med experts, including hygienists and medical personnel, to support health initiatives.
