The Information and Digital Services (IDS) department delivers comprehensive digital services and solutions to Technip Energies' workforce and external partners. In light of the energy transition, the Real Estate and Equipment division is swiftly enhancing its digital services to manage the Group's properties effectively.
We are seeking an Applications Systems Manager specializing in Real Estate and Legal to oversee the digital solution portfolio in this domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management of the project portfolio, including governance, reporting, and documentation (monitoring governance cycles, participating in reporting, and preparing dashboards).
- Facilitate business engagement and application production (training sessions, user support).
- Manage data (support for data preparation, coordination on data collection, and quality assurance).
- Handle scheduling, interdependencies, and resource conflicts.
- Provide IT support for users of specific applications (ticket management, escalations, and diagnostic assistance).
Required Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree at BAC +3 level or higher in a Business School or equivalent, with a focus on Data Science, Project Management, or Change Management.
- Proficient in English, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of Data Management.
- Possess a strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and results; demonstrate autonomy, structure, and organization.
- Communicative and responsive, with a proactive approach and strong summarization skills.
