Team Leader for Refugee Integration

Mission
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a diverse team dedicated to the well-being of refugees. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, collaborating closely with housing services, and spearheading projects that foster refugee integration.
You will be the organization's representative, engaging with partners and stakeholders to advance our mission. Your expertise will also extend to program administration, monitoring key indicators, and actively participating in initiatives promoting integration and advocacy.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
- Proven experience in management is essential.
- A strong understanding of asylum law and social rights is crucial.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital for effective communication and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary to convey information clearly and concisely.
- The ability to actively listen, exchange ideas, and adapt to changing circumstances is highly valued.
- A proactive approach with the capacity to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in a dynamic environment is essential.
- Foreign language skills would be an asset.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel related to program activities.
