Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the Food & Beverage Sector to play a pivotal role in our organization. As a leading entity in the packaging industry, we are committed to fostering excellence and innovation in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with plant management to devise and implement human resources strategies that align with business objectives, addressing key HR disciplines such as employment law and compensation.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in formulating the Strategic Plan, translating site goals into actionable HR strategies and operational plans.
  • Cultural Leadership: Drive the development of a positive workplace culture, emphasizing core values and principles.
  • Team Development: Enhance the HR department's capabilities to effectively execute local and corporate initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Support performance management programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Talent Management: Create and implement training and development programs to build a robust succession pipeline.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR processes and governance, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Organizational Design: Manage the implementation of structural changes within the organization, ensuring effective project management.
  • Safety Culture: Promote a safe working environment and oversee worker's compensation management.
  • Financial Management: Provide insights for effective resource management within the HR function.
