Zuma Cannes is seeking a highly skilled Sommelier to join our team in the historic Palm Beach. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine service daily.
- Use your in-depth knowledge of wine, sake, beverages, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales.
- Manage wine stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care.
- Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management.
- Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates.
