Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our team at Zuma Cannes, a contemporary Japanese restaurant in the heart of the South of France. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service, managing wine stock levels, and providing expert knowledge on wine pairings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless wine service
  • Use your extensive knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences
  • Manage wine inventory, ordering procedures, and maintain equipment
  • Build relationships with regular guests, handle feedback, and provide excellent customer service

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will enjoy benefits including transport, world-class training, global opportunities, family meals, rewards and recognition, and staff discounts.
