Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Analyste financier pour rejoindre notre équipe de Direction financière.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Finance and Operations et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer la gestion financière de l'entreprise.

Missions
  1. Réaliser les tâches afférentes au processus de clôture comptable mensuelle :
  2. Valider des factures dans l'outil de facturation pour intégration dans la comptabilité
  3. Réaliser des états préparatoires : Suivi des FNP, FAE
  4. Assurer la fiabilité des données revenus et coûts du périmètre et expliquer les résultats
  5. Réaliser des Royalties reports :
  6. Vérifier et analyser les données
  7. Assurer le suivi contractuel des fournisseurs de contenu
  8. Analyser la performance des contenus mis en ligne
  9. Communiquer les royalties reports
  10. Echanger avec les équipes opérationnelles : remontée d'alertes, préconisations
  11. Suivre la réception des factures afférentes
  12. Suivre la trésorerie :
  13. Identifier les paiements à réaliser
  14. Préparer le placement bimensuel sur le Money Market
  15. Mettre à jour bimensuellement le cashflow monitoring et suivre le cash burn
  16. Préparer des éléments de communication à destination des Directions financière française et américaine
  17. Etablir le cash forecast (monthly, quarterly et annually)

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer la gestion financière de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un candidat ayant :

  1. Une formation Bac+5 avec une majeure en contrôle de gestion et une 1ère expérience dans le domaine
  2. Une très bonne maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Excel en particulier)
  3. Fait preuve de rigueur et de sens de l'organisation
  4. Un excellent relationnel et esprit d'équipe
  5. Des bonnes capacités de synthèse et aisance avec les données chiffrées
  6. Des notions de VBA et SQL, c'est un plus
  7. Une bonne maitrise de l'anglais
