JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the expansion of sales within the company's international markets, specifically focusing on Europe and the Maghreb region. Your primary targets will be B2B clients in the agri-food sector, including wholesalers and importers.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with management to establish and execute the international sales and marketing strategy.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with clients in designated markets, especially in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy), while nurturing connections with distributors in other Mediterranean nations such as Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria.
  • Participate in international trade exhibitions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and terms.
  • Oversee order processing and delivery logistics.
  • Handle administrative, logistical, legal, and financial matters associated with exports.
  • Deliver regular reports on activities and outcomes.

PROFILE:

  • A Bachelor's degree in agrifood or commerce, with prior experience in managing B2B accounts, preferably in export roles.
  • Familiarity with similar agrifood industrial and technical settings, particularly concerning ingredients.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of empathy.
  • Technical expertise regarding the products offered (ingredients, technological mixes, PAI).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
