Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled leader with a passion for data challenges who can connect functional and technical knowledge to business needs. As the Product Definition Manager for the Data Strategy team, you will lead a group of Product Definition Analysts responsible for:
- Establishing processes for data collection, cleansing, and transformation, while ensuring data serviceability for consumer applications and clients.
- Conducting data exploration and analysis to uncover serviceability opportunities, address functional requirements, and suggest enhancements to the Offer's products and processes.
- Overseeing data quality initiatives aimed at improving accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborating with Data Engineering teams to design and validate data models and schemas, ensuring that data collection, transformation, and storage processes align with functional requirements and serviceability standards.
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of products such as Dynamic Pricing Solutions and Revenue Management Solutions.
- Working with cross-functional teams, product management, clients, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and develop deliverables.
- Engaging in innovation and research initiatives.
- Being a source of functional expertise and intellectual stimulation within the Offer organization.

Qualifications:
- A strong educational background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) are preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proactive, autonomous, with strong leadership skills and exceptional proficiency in English communication.
- Experience in data management, implementing data quality processes, and business intelligence is advantageous.
- Background in Business or Data Analysis is a plus.
