About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Definition Analyst to join our team at Amadeus. As a Product Definition Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Order Management System (OMS). Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement product requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product requirements, including specifications, solution designs, and testing plans.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to assess business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Support Solution Definition Managers in designing complex solutions, including architecture proposals for new products.
  • Create and implement customer feedback mechanisms to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Solve business problems through a clear methodology, including appropriate documentation.
  • Review proposed specifications for complex solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of process engineering and business flow assessments to ensure that our solutions are optimized.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Definition Analyst.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all stakeholders, including functional and technical teams.
  • Curious with a strong interest in the business logic behind our products.
  • Creative and proactive approach.
  • A solutions-oriented professional, capable of handling complex issues and supporting and coordinating teams.
