Accounting Associate

Job Summary

In Extenso, a leading provider of accounting expertise in France, is seeking a skilled Accounting Associate to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial models and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
