About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our Engineering Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including conveyor systems, robotic systems, and other machinery.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment records.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial maintenance or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including robotics and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
