Ocado Group, a global leader in online grocery innovation, is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team.

Your Role:

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and health regulations within our state-of-the-art facility.
  • Proactively diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing operational disruptions and maximizing uptime.
  • Meticulously document all maintenance activities and spare parts utilized through our comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives, contribute to equipment performance enhancements, and provide valuable feedback to our research and development teams.
  • Generate detailed breakdown reports for quality analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate effectively during shift handovers and support project teams during equipment installations and technological upgrades.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a degree in industrial maintenance or electrical engineering.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a maintenance role within industries such as packaging, automotive, or food processing.
  • Exhibit proficiency in industrial electricity, automation systems, and industrial computing technologies.
  • Display a strong desire to expand your skillset and embrace emerging technologies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and technical fluency in English.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in shifts to support our 24/7 operational environment.
