Mission Overview

As a key member of the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for driving the commercial development of our client portfolio in the GMS/GSS sector. You will work closely with the Director of Commercial Brands to ensure the growth and profitability of your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Animate and develop your assigned client portfolio to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Prospect new clients through trade shows and spontaneous outreach within your network.
  • Respond to tenders and submit tailored commercial proposals that balance profitability and industrial feasibility.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Be a driving force for sales growth within your area of responsibility, through promotional actions, new product launches, etc.
  • Ensure after-sales support, including order tracking, invoicing, and statistics, and handle any potential disputes.
  • Ensure timely client payments and take necessary actions in case of contractual non-compliance.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

You will work closely with various departments, including R&D, Industry, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, with 3-5 years of experience in the GMS/GSS sector.
  • Strong commercial and industrial skills, with the ability to negotiate and develop commercial plans.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and initiative skills, with a strong sense of rigor and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.

Additional Information:

Contract: Permanent position, available as soon as possible.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Location: Neuville-en-Ferrain (59), near Lille. A company vehicle is required, with frequent travel involved.
