Mission Overview

As a key member of the Sarbec Cosmetics team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and development of our client portfolio in the GMS/GSS (Distributor and Client Brands) domain. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Client Brands, your mission will be to ensure the commercial development of the client portfolio entrusted to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Animate and manage the client portfolio entrusted to you.
  • Develop the revenue and profitability of your portfolio, in line with set objectives.
  • Prospect new clients through trade shows or spontaneous outreach within your network.
  • Respond to tenders and submit commercial proposals that are both profitable and industrially feasible.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and tariff agreements.
  • Be a driving force for sales growth on your territory (promotional actions, product line extensions, etc.).
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up: order tracking (service rate), invoicing, statistics, etc., and manage any potential disputes.
  • Ensure timely client payments and take necessary measures in case of contractual non-compliance.

Collaboration and Teamwork

You will work in a team environment within the company with the R&D, Industry, Logistics, Accounting departments, etc.

Required Profile

  • Degree in Commerce or Marketing, with 3-5 years of experience in the GMS/GSS domain.
  • Combination of commercial and industrial skills (negotiation, plan development) and strong relationship-building abilities (establishing trust, building durable relationships with internal and external stakeholders).
  • Leadership, teamwork, and initiative skills, with a strong sense of rigor.
  • Fluency in English.

Additional Information

Contract: CDI, position available as soon as possible.
