Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Airswift. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining key objectives and expected measurable business outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and align product roadmaps with strategic goals.
- Recommend optimal technology solutions based on the roadmap set by the Center of Excellence and global process owners.
- Provide guidance and direction to internal teams and other stakeholders, including providers and clients.
- Contribute to and manage product release planning, including the delivery of defect fixes and new or enhanced capabilities.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve impediments, and make decisions to maintain progress toward commitments.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance test criteria in collaboration with the development team.
- Lead or participate in the functional design of HR processes, leveraging best practices, user experience insights, and technology capabilities while considering integration and dependencies with other products.
Requirements:
- Proficient user or expert in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Extensive understanding of HR processes, with a strong focus on Core HR and Security.
- Combines technical expertise with business insight to effectively perform as a Core HR and Integration Analyst.
- Strong change management capabilities.
- Highly organized, proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Committed to continuous improvement with a proactive and agile mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with WalkMe, Topia, ServiceNow.
- Experience with another Oracle ERP and HCM related modules (Recruitment, Performance Management, Workforce Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management).
- Experience with implementing localisation in Redwood UI.
- Experience with implementing Oracle Journey's.
