Our client is a major player in the private equity sector.
Under the direct responsibility of the Operations Director, the Finance Manager will assist the financial department team based in Paris in the daily management of financial operations. They will play a key role in supervising, coordinating, and optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations.
Financial Management and Reporting
Supervise the administration of funds and investment vehicles.
Supervise and validate quarterly evaluations of portfolio companies according to IPEV guidelines.
Control the tracking of cash flows from funds and reconcile flows in internal tools (iLevel, Merlin).
Ensure the production of quarterly reports for investors, in English.
Analysis and Evaluation
Supervise the production of evaluations of non-listed companies and calculate KPIs for funds.
Ensure the reliability of evaluation benchmarks and backtesting between outputs and previous evaluations.
Coordinate the analysis of discrepancies between audited financial statements and management estimates/accounts.
Administrative and Relational Follow-up
Supervise the regular collection of figures and KPIs from portfolio companies.
Coordinate the tracking of capitalization tables for portfolio companies.
Respond to due diligence and investor questions in collaboration with the financial controller.
Profile:
Graduate of a top business school or Master's degree in Finance.
Fluent in French and English.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role in a private equity fund or alternatively in a transaction services role at one of the Big 4.
Organization, method, and priority management (meeting deadlines).
Adaptability.
Thoroughness.
Teamwork spirit.
Good mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary: from 85k€ + bonus + participation
