Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Comptable Private Equity to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private equity funds and holdings, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of private equity funds and holdings, including financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions and portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment managers, risk managers, and compliance officers.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- DCG or equivalent degree in accounting and finance.
- 0-3 years of experience in private equity accounting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
