- Lead and Manage Our Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the day-to-day operations of our LMS, ensuring its smooth functioning and accessibility for all employees. - Develop Engaging Digital Training Content: Work closely with subject matter experts and training organizations to create high-quality e-learning content that aligns with our business objectives and employee development needs.
