We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) as CEO. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our Biotech Open Platform, a joint venture between Michelin, Danone, DMC Biotechnologies, and Crédit Agricole Centre France.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead the recruitment and staffing of key personnel to deliver against the business plan
- Ensure effective financial management and reporting to the Board of Directors
- Foster collaboration with the biotech ecosystem, including start-ups, science incubators, academic institutions, and local authorities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations
- Master's Degree or PhD in Microbiology/Biology or Engineering/Technology
- Industry expertise in fermentation and biotech
