Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Paris team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, adapting, and continuously improving our business systems and processes in your city.

Your primary focus will be on getting our new properties ready for move-in, managing and training third-party contractors, and ensuring smooth operation across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full operational setup and maintenance coordination of Blueground's properties
  • Work with the central design team on large design initiatives
  • Style and manage photoshoots of new apartments
  • Drive down operational costs and improve processes
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external business partners
  • Manage city inventory of furniture, consumables, and linens
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve guest experience services
  • Manage timely data collection to update operational metrics
