With over 1,000 teammates across 25 countries and backed by a renowned set of investors, we're the architects of Everyday AI, enabling data experts and domain experts to work together to build AI into their daily operations, from advanced analytics to Generative AI.
Our IT organization is composed of the IT Operations, IT Support, and Security teams. Within the IT organization, the IT Operations team is responsible for the applications, devices, services, and networks that enable Dataiku employees to work efficiently.
We're looking for a talented IT Operations Manager to join the team. As an IT Operations Manager, you will actively participate in our daily IT operations, manage IT projects, and contribute to the improvement of our IT operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in our daily IT operations, including SaaS management, configuration review, automation, and escalation point for IT support
- Contributing to the improvement of our IT operations, including review and standardization of our processes
- Managing projects autonomously, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Collecting requirements/needs from internal stakeholders
- Writing specifications and collaborating with technical teams
- Leading the project delivery
- Participating in the definition and update of our IT roadmap
- Collaborating daily with the whole IT department: Support, Security, Infra
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, both within Dataiku and among our suppliers
Some examples of projects you may manage include:
- Implementation/Replacement of a SaaS application
- Automating SaaS operation to reduce IT manual workload and improve lead time
- Preparation for an upcoming audit, in collaboration with the Compliance team
- Coordinating IT work for an office move or major internal/external events
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience working in IT, especially in Operations, Service Delivery, and Project Management
- A strong interest in and knowledge of corporate IT topics, including SaaS, device management, security, etc.
- The ability to collaborate with various departments and technical teams
- An organized, resourceful, process-oriented mind, with an ability to work with autonomy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including French and English
