About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Investor Relations team as a Financial Communication Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the production of financial communication materials, market watch, and stock performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Communication Materials
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to produce quarterly results, shareholder meetings, and other financial communication materials.
  • Propose content and messages to answer investors' questions.
  • Cross-check information to ensure consistency across press releases, slide packs, scripts, and Q&A.
  • Review translations from English to French or French to English.
Market Watch
  • Conduct market intelligence and analysis of industry trends and peers.
  • Perform sector benchmark studies, including activity, financial results, and valuation.
Stock Performance Monitoring
  • Understand stock price and market movements.
  • Assist in producing the weekly/monthly newsletter for management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Excellent command of financial techniques, including financial analysis and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize ideas.
  • Rigor and high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work within a team.
