About the Program

Carrier's European Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) is a three-year development program designed for recent graduates with a passion for finance and a desire to become international finance leaders. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various finance functions, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Controls, M&A/Business Development, Corporate Tax, and Treasury.

Program Structure

The EFLP is a rotational program, where participants will work in different finance roles within Carrier's global business units. The program includes three twelve-month rotations, allowing participants to gain a broad understanding of the company's finance operations and develop their skills in various areas.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in accounting or finance (4-year BSc or validated first year Master accepted if enrolled and committed to complete the Master by the end of the 3-year program)
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
  • Relevant internship and/or apprenticeship experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Geographical mobility and willingness to work and live in different locations in Europe
  • Global cultural awareness and good influencing skills
  • Legal authorization to work in all European Union countries
