Implementation Consultant I

At PROS, we're looking for a skilled Implementation Consultant I to join our team. As a key member of our international implementation team, you'll participate in the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will include designing workshops and gathering requirements, implementing and configuring solutions, testing and documenting, end-user training, deployment and handover, and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver workshops and training sessions to customers
- Implement and configure PROS solutions to meet customer needs
- Test and document solutions to ensure quality and accuracy
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on pricing and CPQ best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
Requirements:
- Previous consulting experience
- 1-2 years of experience configuring or doing business analysis on solutions for large-scale pricing, CRM, CPQ, or ERP implementations
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, relational databases, web development, or programming languages
- Experience with webservices, interfaces, and XML/JSON
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
