At PROS, we're seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering AI-powered solutions that optimize selling in the digital economy.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, as part of an international implementation team.
- Contribute to 100% customer satisfaction by providing expertise, technical advice, and best practices.
- Utilize advanced skills and out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex problems.
- Contribute to best practices and knowledge base development.
- Work alongside multiple disciplines within PROS, including business development, product management, and product development.
- Previous consulting experience.
- 1-2 years of experience configuring or doing business analysis on solutions for large-scale pricing, CRM, CPQ, or ERP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL and relational databases, web development, or any programming language.
- Exposure to web services/interfaces and knowledge of XML, JSON.
- Basic command of SQL (CRUD operations).
- Scripting language/algorithm experience.
- Strong aptitude for analytical concepts, demonstrated leadership ability, strong verbal and electronic communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor and offer exemplary customer service.
- Time management skills and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good listening skills and teaching skills.
- Excellent business and day-to-day usage of English (written and spoken).
- Previous SaaS or cloud-based software experience is a plus.
- Any industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- German and/or French is an advantage.
- General or computer engineering degree.
- Up to 10% travel required throughout EMEA.
