In line with Chronopost's growth and diversification strategy, the Innovation, Projects, and Customer Experience Department is on the lookout for a project manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on the implementation of transport solutions and services, sales processes, digital customer journeys, and sales support.

Reporting directly to the Offer, Sales & Digital Projects Pole Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing one or more projects from conception to operational execution.

Collaborating closely with various business units at Chronopost, and in partnership with the IT department, this role will entail cross-departmental collaboration with teams such as Sales, Digital, Marketing, Customer Relations, Operations, Finance, and more.

You will become part of a youthful and dynamic team that operates in a collaborative manner. Innovation and creativity are central to all projects and daily tasks (continuous and collective enhancement of project management methodologies, ongoing pursuit of agility, etc.).

Main responsibilities include:

  • Define and prioritize projects prior to launch and propose timelines
  • Lead project steering meetings - Monitor and present the project to Business Units and the Management Committee - Manage project timelines, risks, and budgets
  • Coordinate and guide the Project team and contributors
  • Facilitate business workshops to outline target processes and organizational structures
  • Clearly articulate business needs and priorities
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department on project design, development, testing, and deployment oversight
  • Organize the testing phase and execute test cases
  • Define and manage change processes (from target and impact identification to training methodologies and monitoring deployment progress)
  • Transition the completed project to the Business Units

Preferred qualifications:

  • Higher education, with a minimum of 3/4 years of experience showcasing expertise in cross-functional project management
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and tools, change management, and indicator development and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, synthesize, and visualize in previous roles
  • Experience in projects closely associated with IT
  • Operational insight with a preference for hands-on involvement
  • Strong organizational skills, teamwork, active listening, adaptability, creativity, and the ability to propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable both verbally and in writing
  • Capability to lead projects in English

Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, implementing new sales channels, transport solutions, and services are significant advantages.
