As a leading software publisher specializing in Time and Activity Management (TAM) solutions for the construction industry, Traxxeo is dedicated to empowering our clients with cutting-edge SaaS platforms that optimize productivity and resource allocation.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTA Project Manager/Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading the implementation of TAM projects while providing expert consulting services to our valued clients.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be on guiding the successful execution of TAM solution projects and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will serve as the central point of contact between technical teams, clients, and end users, fostering seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Leadership: Steer steering committees to monitor project progress and make strategic decisions. Organize and lead project committees to ensure effective coordination among stakeholders. Oversee acceptance committees to validate deliverables and functional tests, guaranteeing solution quality and client satisfaction.
- Planning & Risk Management: Collaborate with clients to update and manage the project schedule. Identify, assess, and monitor project risks in partnership with the client.
- Deployment & Decision Making: Ensure a smooth project transition and production deployment. Make critical decisions on key project milestones and go/no-go points. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the project.
- Methodological Expertise: Contribute to project methodology (management and consulting) proposals and adapt processes for seamless integration with agile development methodologies.
- Functional Consulting: Facilitate functional workshops to define client needs, whether exploring new concepts or building upon existing projects. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of issues and elements requiring development/configuration. Actively participate in TRAXXEO solution configuration.
- Quality Assurance & Training: Guide and challenge clients during the acceptance phase to ensure deliverable quality. Participate in project team and client training on TAM solutions.
To excel in this role, you will possess a proven track record of success as a project manager or consultant within the TAM or payroll field, ideally with experience in the construction industry.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing projects in the TAM or payroll sector, preferably within the construction industry.
- Functional Proficiency: Strong experience leading functional workshops, providing client support, and possessing a deep understanding of solution configuration. Analytical, synthesis, and proposal skills are essential. Prior experience with a TAM publisher would be highly advantageous.
- Methodological Acumen: Solid knowledge of project methodologies, particularly agile, and the ability to propose and adapt methodologies for optimal implementation.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling you to conduct effective meetings and interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated capacity to quickly and effectively identify, analyze, and resolve problems. Risk management expertise is crucial.
- Client Focus: Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
