The Establishment:

Our Maison d'enfants Saint-Joseph is a residential care facility that provides a safe and nurturing environment for over 250 young people. Our team of experienced professionals works closely with families and local authorities to provide comprehensive support and guidance.

The Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team of educators, caregivers, and support staff who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. As an Educational Monitor, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our residents, promoting their autonomy, socialization, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany young people in their daily lives, promoting their autonomy and independence.
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities that cater to the needs and interests of our residents.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
• Contribute to the development of individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives tailored support.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the evaluation and improvement of our services.

Requirements:

• Diplôme d'Etat de Moniteur Educateur (DEME) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in the field of youth care and education, preferably in a residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
