**About IPAC Bachelor Factory**
We are a leading business school in France, ranked among the top Bachelor programs in the country. We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our partner company, a leading IT consulting firm. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for validating the title of Responsible for Commercial Unit Development within our school.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Aid in prospecting and developing a portfolio of large corporate clients
- Analyze client needs and provide solutions
- Participate in responding to RFPs and developing commercial offers
- Participate in negotiations and closing deals
- Aid in monitoring team members
- Sourcing, approaching, evaluating, and recruiting future team members in collaboration with a recruitment team
- Participate in agile rituals with the Sales team (stand-up, sprint backlog, retro)
**Requirements:**
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, preferably in an alternating program in BTOB commerce
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Curiosity and dynamism
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Commercial skills (negotiation, prospecting, sales)
- Interest in new technologies
