**About IPAC Bachelor Factory**

We are a leading business school in France, ranked among the top Bachelor programs in the country. We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our partner company, a leading IT consulting firm. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for validating the title of Responsible for Commercial Unit Development within our school.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Aid in prospecting and developing a portfolio of large corporate clients
  • Analyze client needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in responding to RFPs and developing commercial offers
  • Participate in negotiations and closing deals
  • Aid in monitoring team members
  • Sourcing, approaching, evaluating, and recruiting future team members in collaboration with a recruitment team
  • Participate in agile rituals with the Sales team (stand-up, sprint backlog, retro)

**Requirements:**

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, preferably in an alternating program in BTOB commerce
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Curiosity and dynamism
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Commercial skills (negotiation, prospecting, sales)
  • Interest in new technologies
