We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Kone. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator and automatic door systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships through proactive and precise on-site communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify and address any issues with our equipment, and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Work closely with our service supervisor to plan and prioritize your workload, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and training, and share your knowledge with colleagues as needed.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of elevator and automatic door systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
