Job Description
As part of its growth strategy, SOFRILOG is creating the position of Data Analyst in Caen.
You will join the Performance and Innovation department, whose mission is to support all business areas in optimizing their actions by making the most of the available data.
Working closely with various teams, you will actively contribute to the company's structure and propose areas where data analysis can improve productivity.
- Conduct statistical and exploratory analysis
- Build performance tracking dashboards for effective decision-making
- Participate in defining, implementing, and analyzing tests within your area
- Conduct in-depth studies to enhance customer knowledge and propose business models.
By joining the Performance and Innovation department at SOFRILOG, you will be involved in the diverse range of activities offered by a rapidly growing medium-sized company specializing in frozen product logistics and transport. You will contribute to its structure, agility, and development.
Desired Profile
With advanced training in engineering or business school, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis, ideally within the logistics, transport, distribution, or e-commerce sector. Strong statistical skills, mastery of SQL databases, and programming languages are essential.
Naturally curious and dynamic, you thrive in complex and analytical topics. Your technical problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills are key. Teamwork comes naturally to you, and you excel in adapting to changing environments.
