We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our Corporate Finance Department at ENGIE Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Corporate Funding and Rating: Structure and implement corporate credit facilities, debt capital market transactions, and green finance initiatives.
- Structured and Trade Finance: Develop and execute transactions to meet ENGIE's working capital needs, including factoring, collateral management, securitization, and environmental certificates management.
- Bank Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, negotiate bank capacities, and coordinate guarantees globally for ENGIE.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze ENGIE's liquidity, anticipate funding needs, and update financial instruments' supporting documentation.
- Rating Agency Coordination: Contribute to annual reviews by rating agencies, run rating sensitivities, and conduct related research.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in corporate finance, project finance, structured finance, or treasury management.
- Strong understanding of IFRS accounting, financial products, banking systems, and capital markets.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and resistance to stress.
- A university degree in finance, economics, or a numerate discipline, and/or an MBA or relevant professional qualification.
