Context of the Mission
As a key member of the Holcim HSE team, you will play a vital role in driving our health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and share engaging educational content that promotes HSE awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HSE communication strategies to enhance awareness and engagement across the company.
- Create high-quality HSE training materials and conduct educational sessions for employees at all levels.
- Assist in the management of HSE information on the company's internal platforms, ensuring accessibility and relevance of content.
- Support the HSE team in organizing and executing HSE events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Communication, Business, or a related field with an interest in HSE.
- Technical skills: Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- Soft skills: Team-oriented, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
