Accor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's sustainability efforts and contributing to our reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the sustainability efforts of the two hotels, working closely with the General Managers and senior management to oversee activities and projects.
- Ensure that the hotels follow corporate KPIs and are compliant with corporate standards.
- Liaise between the corporate office and the hotels on matters related to sustainability.
- Identify areas for improvement in our sustainability practices and develop/implement new practices to enhance our environmental performance.
- Report on the hotels' sustainability and environmental performance, both internally and externally, as required.
- Establish partnerships with external organizations, companies, and local government units to advance our sustainability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption, promote sustainable food sourcing, reduce plastic pollution, and support local communities and charities.
- Fluent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of global and local regulations around sustainability, with the ability to analyze and assess sustainability-related data.
- Experience in budget management and project management, with a focus on sustainability-related topics.
- Strong team player with excellent influencing and problem-solving skills.
