Job Title: SAP Maintenance & Inventory Lead

ENGIE is seeking an experienced SAP Maintenance & Inventory Lead to join our Global Enterprise Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance and inventory processes within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transverse coordination and team management of SAP experts on the functional domain
  • Closely interact with Business and external partners to build trustful relationships and assist in cross-GBUs coordination and mutualization
  • Responsible for global deliveries on the domain, ensuring quality, planning, budget, and on-time delivery
  • Carry out reporting internally to management and contribute to coordinating project actors and technicians/IT experts
  • Analyze changes to the SAP organizational structure and implement new regulations in maintenance & inventory management for legal purposes and compliance
  • Participate in cross-functional project meetings to promote an integrated approach to business process management
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management)
  • Experience in transverse management and large team cross-coordination
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions using SAP functionalities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Team spirit and ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
