ENGIE is seeking an experienced SAP Maintenance & Inventory Lead to join our Global Enterprise Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance and inventory processes within our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Transverse coordination and team management of SAP experts on the functional domain
- Closely interact with Business and external partners to build trustful relationships and assist in cross-GBUs coordination and mutualization
- Responsible for global deliveries on the domain, ensuring quality, planning, budget, and on-time delivery
- Carry out reporting internally to management and contribute to coordinating project actors and technicians/IT experts
- Analyze changes to the SAP organizational structure and implement new regulations in maintenance & inventory management for legal purposes and compliance
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings to promote an integrated approach to business process management
- Good knowledge of SAP - modules PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Material Management) at the heart of implementation of our core business operational processes
- Good knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes
- Cross-functional knowledge of SAP modules is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Leadership, experience in transverse management, and large team cross-coordination
- Experience of working in project management mode
- Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions using SAP functionalities
- Excellent written communication skills to propose clear, simple, and appropriate solutions and deliverables
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
