About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at Amadeus, a leading travel technology company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our marketplace platform, which connects suppliers and consumers in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the capability vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketplace platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the platform meets user and business needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements and feed the execution backlog and roadmap.
- Lead the capability development lifecycle from concept to launch and until the capability end of life.
- Monitor capability performance and measure success using metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximize capability usage.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of Product Management experience, with a significant experience of marketplace management. You should be at ease with uncertainty, able to adapt to a new and evolving context and strategy. You should also have a collaborative mindset, strong communication and analytical skills, and be a driver, results-oriented, and energetic.
