X-FAB Silicon Foundries is seeking a highly skilled Development Process Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our process development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing semiconductor processes and components using X-FAB group technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with process engineers to implement and validate process specifications for production.
- Work with level 2 process development engineers to define process architecture and electrical, physical, photo-mask, and design data specifications.
- Implement simulation and testing phases of developed processes.
- Analyze and study processes to ensure integration without impacting existing technology.
- Deliver prototypes to internal or external customers for validation, as defined in project plans.
- Develop and maintain documentation associated with developments, subject to validation by level 2 process development engineers.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to operations and performance organizations, including training employees in developed technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with technology and business procedures, promoting new techniques to colleagues.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics.
- Proficiency in Synopsis or Silvaco tools.
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis tools (JUMP, R).
- General knowledge of problem-solving methods (5W, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.).
